The program is comprised of three major components - innovation, humanness, and adoption.

The goal of the program is to design and build a dedicated space where leaders and employees innovate together, building capacity and capabilities, growing business, and transforming the organization into a culture of innovators and entrepreneurs instead of taskmasters and technicians. 

The program is unique because it focuses on the human experience, not just the customer experience. The human experience breaks down the walls between designer-user, company-client, and bias-truth, establishing more authentic and relatable connections.  It provides shared emotional experiences that lead to the discovery of richer, more meaningful solution, value, and/or design.
